Returns
Returns are of course no problem, the 14-day period applies, but we don't respect it to the letter. Of course, the item must be unused and in perfect condition. Simply take it to the post office or return it in some other way, or drop it off in the shops. We don't have a returns label; only large shippers can afford one.
If you are dissatisfied, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail. We may be able to come to another agreement and avoid having to go back and forth.
Return costs
We will only reimburse the cost of returns in the event of an error on our part. In this case, please inform us briefly and do not send the product back carriage forward, as this is far too expensive. We will refund the return postage where appropriate.
If you are only returning a part of the product, please simply transfer the difference, i.e. including our postage costs.
