Within Germany:

normal (we choose whether DPD or DHL): € 7,50 ,

large laundry baskets (or on special request DHL or DPD): € 8,50.

to Austria: via DPD: € 13,

for large laundry baskets (or on request) via DHL: € 17

due to the EU Packaging Directive, we will no longer be delivering to other EU countries from August 2026 (except Austria, which alone costs around € 450 per year).

However, there are service providers that offer a German delivery address and then forward the parcel to your address at a reasonable price, e.g. mailboxde.com

CH, LI (Export): € 20,00 (net).

GB, NO (Export): € 22,00 (net).

Out of europe after request.
Out of EU you do not have to pay taxes (means ca. 19% less!)

Minimal order-value

20,00 EUR.

Modes of payment (international)

1. we send bigger orders for new costumers only per advance payment,
we will email you in this case.
2. otherwise per bill.

Returns

Returns are of course no problem at all, the 14-day deadline applies, but we don't take this too seriously. Of course, the item must be unused and in perfect condition. Please simply take it to the post office or send it back in some other way. We don't have a return label, only the big senders can afford that.

If you are dissatisfied, please send us an email, we may be able to come to an agreement and save you having to send the item back and forth

Return costs

We will only reimburse the cost of returns in the event of an error on our part. In this case, please inform us briefly and do not send the product back carriage forward, as this is far too expensive. We will refund the return postage where appropriate.

If you are only returning a part of the product, please simply transfer the difference, i.e. including our postage costs.
